SHIPPING & RETURNS

When your order is placed with Lolli you should expect to receive your order within 10-15 working days. We will advise you if there is any further delay expected due to stock levels.

Items will generally be sent via Australia Post Express Post service.

If your item is faulty you can return this and we will pay the postage and replace your item with no further shipping costs to you. We will request that you send through photos of the fault before returning the item. You will receive a full refund or a replacement item.

If you have ordered the wrong size we will gladly exchange for you to ensure you have the correct size for your order. You will need to return the item to us and we will then forward you the correct sized item. You will need to cover the cost of shipping to return the item to us and we will cover the cost of standard postage to send the item back to you.

If you have changed your mind and no longer want the item you can return the item and you will get a credit note to be used within a 6 month period. You will need to cover the postage for the return of the item.

SIZING

Our size range for skorts does vary between each style and fabric. Due to the stretch in many of our fabrics you may vary between the sizes that you wear.

For example, our Jo and Penny range are dyed fabrics and they have less stretch compared to the fabrics used for our Fifi, Mandy, Sally and Rae Rae styles.

Our short sleeve shirt is also a more generous cut than the slim fit sleeveless shirt.

This size chart is a guide only and due to the stretch of the fabric it is difficult to give measurements for each size.
